Our advanced equipment includes the Bodor A3+S 3KW Sheet Laser, Bodor K230 3KW Tube Laser, Accurl 10’ x 150T Master Series Press Brake, a dedicated welding area with dual 5’ x 10’ Siegmund fixture tables, and a 37” EZ Sander for deburring and finishing. This setup allows us to deliver precision, efficiency, and consistency across every stage of production.
We offer precision sheet laser cutting for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, with cutting capabilities up to 3/4” carbon, 3/8” stainless, and 1/4” aluminum. Powered by advanced laser technology, our system delivers exceptional accuracy and versatility—enabling us to produce high-quality, custom components that meet the unique needs of every customer.
Our design team leverages SolidWorks Premium to deliver highly accurate and detailed designs. With years of industry experience, we ensure every project is executed with the highest standards of quality and precision.
Our advanced tube laser cutting system is capable of processing round, square, rectangular, angle, C-channel, and beam profiles with precision. We can cut up to 3/8” carbon steel, 1/4” stainless steel, and 3/16” aluminum. This technology allows for the integration of detailed features such as cutouts, holes, and notches—making it ideal for complex weldments and custom fabrication tailored to your project requirementss.
We provide premier welding and fixturing services utilizing MIG, TIG, and spool gun techniques, supported by Millermatic 255 welding machines and precision Siegmund fixture tables to ensure exceptional quality and accuracy.
