The Smoke Forge 48 isn’t a store-bought smoker — it’s a hand-built steel pit designed for serious barbecue.
Fabricated entirely from 1/4” plate steel, this smoker was built for superior heat retention, durability, and decades of use. Every seam is fully welded, every panel is reinforced, and every detail was designed for real wood-fired cooking.
The large 48” cooking chamber features dual heavy-duty cooking racks, giving you plenty of room for briskets, ribs, pork shoulders, or a full backyard cook. The offset firebox produces clean, indirect heat while the tall collapsible smoke stack allows you to break the smoker down for easy transport and storage while still providing strong natural draft during operation.
Precision dual air intakes on the firebox allow you to dial in airflow and control temperatures exactly how you want them. Heavy steel doors, reinforced hinges, and a fully welded rolling cart with locking casters make this pit solid and easy to maneuver.
